FROM DOWNTOWN ATLANTA
From 10th Street, turn onto Peachtree Street traveling South. Travel south on Peachtree Street for approximately 1 mile. From Peachtree Street, turn left onto Ponce de Leon Avenue/U.S. Highway 29/78/278. Travel east on Ponce de Leon Avenue for approximately 4.2 miles. From Ponce de Leon Avenue, turn left onto Scott Boulevard/U.S. Highway 23. Travel on Scott Boulevard for approximately 2 miles. From Scott Boulevard, turn right onto North Decatur Road. Travel on North Decatur Road for approximately half a mile to the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street. DeKalb Medical Center is located on the right, just past the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street.

FROM INTERSTATE 85
From Interstate 85 North, take Exit 91 to Clairmont Road and Decatur. Turn right onto Clairmont Road/U.S. Highway 23, and proceed east for approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto North Decatur Road. Proceed on North Decatur Road for approximately 1.5 miles through the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street. DeKalb Medical Center is located on the right, just past the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street.

FROM GEORGIA 400
Travel south on GA 400 and take the Lenox Road Exit. Turn left off the ramp. Go straight on Lenox Road. Cross under Interstate 85 and take LaVista Road to the left. Go to the intersection of LaVista Road and North Druid Hills Road and turn right. Go two lights and turn right onto Clairmont Road. Follow Clairmont Road until it intersects North Decatur Road. Turn left onto North Decatur Road. Proceed on North Decatur Road for approximately 1.5 miles through the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street. DeKalb Medical Center is located on the right, just past the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street.

FROM INTERSTATE 20
Travel east on Interstate 20 through downtown Atlanta to Interstate 285 north. From Interstate 285, take Exit 39A to Highway 78 west toward Decatur. Travel west on Highway 78 for approximately 2.6 miles. From Highway 78, turn left onto DeKalb Industrial Boulevard. Proceed on DeKalb Industrial Boulevard and turn right at he first traffic light onto North Decatur Road. DeKalb Medical Center is located about one-half mile on the left.
