Shaw Industries has implemented a breastfeeding program for employees in the "Carpet Capital" Dalton, GA.

Key decision makers were: Mark Hartline (mgmt), Paul Richard (mgmt), Sharon Byers (HR), and Lindsay Lucas (nurse who is breastfeeding that took the ball and put the room together)

Shaw has implemented the program in their main corporate office. It's a start. Hopefully with the cry of many moms that are pregnant, they will implement rooms into all their plants. That's our goal! I've told these moms to ask and ask and ask and ask...... :0)

Thanks to all if you get a chance to write them and say thank you. I am doing a big WBWeek event on Sept 18 here in Dalton, and plan to recognize them.
